sis6s Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the sis6s platform and the user. By accessing the sis6s website, registering an account or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

sis6s operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply directly to users in Bangladesh. Users are required to be aware of the laws in force in their own country.

1Membership Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register as a member and use services on the sis6s platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. Any form of casino and betting activity is strictly prohibited for minors.
• The user must provide their real identity; false or another person's identity may not be used.
• A user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The user must be mentally capable and aware of the consequences of their actions.
• Opening or using an account from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. It is entirely the user's responsibility to know the laws of their jurisdiction.

sis6s may request documents at any time to verify age or identity. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

2Account Registration and Verification

All information provided when opening an account on sis6s must be accurate, complete and up to date. Any change to the information provided at registration must be reported to sis6s support immediately.

2.1 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If the password is shared with anyone else and any loss results from this, sis6s will not be held responsible. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

2.2 KYC Verification

To confirm a user's identity, sis6s may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. This process is carried out for the user's own security. Failure to provide documents may result in account restrictions.

2.3 Account Transfer

An account is personal; transferring, selling or lending it to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

sis6s processes financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• The owner of the deposit account and the owner of the sis6s account must be the same person.
• Deposits made from a mobile banking account registered in another person's name may be cancelled.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes; if there is a delay, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
• If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on sis6s are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not permitted.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

sis6s provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any offer.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your balance ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• When wagering with both bonus and real money, the bonus portion will be used first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• sis6s reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.3 VIP Program

The sis6s VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week.

5Gaming and Betting Rules

Slots, live casino, sports betting and other games are available on the sis6s platform. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.

5.1 Betting Limits

Set minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or betting market. The platform may change these limits at any time.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server problem occurs during a game, sis6s reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and bets will be refunded. sis6s reserves the right to make the final decision regarding winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.

5.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds given before a match starts are subject to change. If a match is postponed or cancelled for any reason, bets will be processed in accordance with the betting policy. Real-time odds apply to live betting.

6User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

sis6s users must use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating accounts artificially to exploit the bonus system.
• Using any software, bot or automated method for gaming or betting.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any error in the platform's systems or software.
• Threatening or insulting other users, support staff or the organisation.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through false claims or fraudulent activity.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

7Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information is never sold to third parties.

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Suspension and Closure

sis6s reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of any provision of the Terms is found.

• If documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In accordance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact support. The opportunity to withdraw the verified balance will be given before closure; however, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

10Limitation of Liability

The sis6s platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. sis6s will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If the internet connection is lost or a technical problem occurs on the device.
• If account information is disclosed due to the user's own negligence.
• Due to delays or problems with a third-party payment service.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disaster, war, etc.).

In the case of any claim or dispute, sis6s's liability will be limited to the amount held in the relevant account.

11Changes to Terms

sis6s reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform or communicated through the registered contact method. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that the user has agreed to the new terms.
